| Save Our Kids Outreach, Inc., located in Wilmington, North Carolina was established in 1993 as a Christian outreach ministry for needy inner-city children. What began as a modest puppet ministry has literally exploded into a multi-faceted, world-wide, evangelical, discipleship and training ministry. Today we continue to reach inner-city children, as well as juvenile prisons, orphanages, schools, military bases, women and men prisons, churches and communities in the United States and throughout the world. We believe that excitement, enthusiasm and joy, using visual arts are vital tools in winning the lost! Through this unique approach, thousands have come to receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. | |

| Save Our Kids Outreach is looking for men, women and teens who have a heart to make a difference in the lives of troubled children,teens, adults and families. Save Our Kids Outreach Inc. is a non profit, 501c3, non denominational, Christian organization. Because we are a faith ministry, volunteers and supporters are vital to our ongoing success. Bibles, tracts, and various equipment (ministry tools) are equally important as well. You too, can join us in reaching children, teens, and adults across the globe. | Chaplains John and Kay Boone reside in Wilmington, North Carolina. They have been married for over 46 years and have 2 children and 8 grandchildren. They have a deep love and obvious compassion for children. They served in children’s ministries for several years teaching Sunday School and Children’s Church and eventually became ordained ministers. However, they also had a strong desire to bring Jesus to the children living in their city’s drug and crime-ridden neighborhoods. In July, 1993, that desire soon became reality as Save Our Kids Outreach began. They started in their inner-city communities by reaching out to the children through puppetry and sharing God’s Word with fun and creative programs. Since then, they have witnessed thousands of young people and adults receive Jesus as their personal Lord and Savior. As a result of Save Our Kids Outreach (SOKO), Save Our Family Outreach (SOFO)began in order to reach out to the families of youth in the inner cities, prisons, churches and military bases here in the United States and abroad. Now over twenty six years later, their compassion to reach children and teens are the same, as well as adults of all ages from various circumstances. Their compassion continues as they reach out to: inner city children and families, children and teens in youth prisons, children of war, street kids and families worldwide, foster and orphan children, children whose parents are incarcerated. This also led to reaching out into correctional facilities(prisons). As a result of ministering to the least of these, the ministry has exploded into various venues, including churches and military bases. In addition, they believe if your desire is to impact children and the very least of these for God, He will surely bless you, your ministry, and expand your vision. They believe as we stand together to reach out to our children and the very least of these whomever they may be, we will begin to see strength and unity in the families and their communities and churches which will bring unity in the body of Christ as a whole! …a child shall lead them. (Isaiah 11:6) WHEN YOU REACH A CHILD, YOU HAVE THE POTENTIAL TO REACH A FAMILY!!!!!!! John and Kay are ordained ministers, international chaplains, and guest speakers for churches,colleges and conferences. They conduct training seminars to teach others how to effectively reach and disciple the lost, reach the family and build the church through strong families and effective outreach to their communities. Through their SOKO and SOFO programs, they have taught and trained students in various Bible Colleges worldwide to go out into their communities to do the same. One student serving as a pastor in Nigeria said, " I will never be the same. My eyes have been opened to the value of children in the Kingdom of God. From now on, my church will focus on the children first and then the adults." John and Kay found out from serving as children pastors, that if you reach out to the child, you reach the family. One pastor in Mexico reported athat since he had followed SOKO's plan, his church tripled in growth in one year. We thank you for your prayers and support.
